Slow Cooker Lasagna

Easy Crockpot Lasagna
1 lb of hamburger
1 jar of pasta sauce
1 cup water
1 and 3/4 cup Ricotta cheese
1 and 3/4 cup shredded 4 cheese Italiano
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 Tbsp parsley
6 Lasagna noodles (uncooked)

1. Brown hamburger in skillet; drain and then stir in water and pasta sauce. *You can add 1/2 cup chopped onion and a little garlic for additional flavor if desired)
2. In a bowl mix the cheeses, (all of the ricotta, 1 and 1/2 cups of the 4 cheese mix and 2 tbsp of the Parmesan  with the egg and parsley. (I also like to add 1 tsp of Italian seasoning)
3. In the crockpot layer:
1 cup of meat sauce
1/2 of the noodles (broken up into pieces)
1/2 cheese mix from bowl
2 cups of meat sauce
Remaining noodles
rest of the cheese mix, followed by the rest of the meat sauce
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.  Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover again for 10 minutes or so until the cheese on top melts and serve.
Enjoy, and spread the word – crock pot lasagna works!
