Southern Fruit Pie


This recipe has been in our family for at least two generations now, and shows no signs of falling into obscurity.

Southern Fruit Pie

Ingredients:
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup coconut
1 cup raisins
Directions:

Melt the butter, add sugar.
Mix in well beaten eggs.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
