We are always looking for “less sugar” options for dessert in our house, and this southern tinged favorite is a winner!
Sugar Free Peanut Butter Pie
1 graham wafer pie shell
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 8 oz package of light cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c Splenda
1 package of Cool Whip Light, thawed
Sugar-free chocolate syrup
In a large mixing bowl beat peanut butter, cream cheese, vanilla and Splenda together until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping, and then pour into the pie shell. Refrigerate til firm. Serve as is, or if you’re feeling decadent, top with sugar-free chocolate syrup and chopped nuts. No one will know how little sugar this really has. Enjoy!
