St. Paddy's Day Recipe Suggestions


I love St. Patrick's Day, it's the one day a year we can all be a little Irish. I don't drink green beer, or pub hop, or wear crazy looking headbands like some folks are known to do...


Instead I prefer to daydream about living in an abandoned castle, surrounded by rolling hills of brilliant kelly green. I dream of strolling down cobblestone streets, being greeted by friendly hellos, delivered with deep Irish brogues.


Irish cuisine, for me, is about comfort. It's hearty, and earthy, much like the people who create it. Their food comes from the earth and farms, simple and filling and steeped in tradition.
