These beautiful little gems of apple goodness are SO easy to make. My friend at Red Apron Personal Chef Services introduced me to them yesterday, and I just had to go out and get what I needed to make them. I think they would be perfect for a Mother's Day dessert along side a bowl of vanilla ice-cream.
