Recipe: Baked Donuts with Chocolate Glaze

Donuts don't have to be greasy or store-bought to by delicious! I made these for Mr Mom and he quickly divided and bagged them into lunch bucket portions. Pretty sure he was making sure they didn't disappear before he had a chance to devour them himself  :) (no yeast required!)

Pecan Date Loaf -- Diabetic Friendly

This diabetic friendly loaf doesn't skimp on flavor. It's wonderful gift wrapped up in festive cellophane for a hostess gift, a great addition to a breakfast buffet or a tea/coffee party. Be sure to make two so you have one for yourself to nibble on with your mid morning coffee.
