Recipe: Grandma's Dumplings

When I first moved to the South I was confused by the term "dumplings" as they presented it. To me dumplings with light, airy biscuit like offerings that were steamed on the top of stews, just like my Grandma used to make. I made some for our stew tonight and Mr Mom who's been born and raised on everything Southern, approved wholeheartedly of our Northern version.
