Recipe: Steak Fingers

I was wondering what to do for dinner tonight with the cubed steak I pulled out of the freezer last night. The answer came as I watched a rerun of Pioneer Woman that I had recorded over the weekend. Steak fingers. Seemed easy enough, and they were. I can't recall off hand what she served with hers (I am thinking gravy) but I chose BBQ sauce for our meal. They crisp up nicely but are very tender inside. And quick! Bonus!
