It's almost Summer! It's time for backyard BBQ's and salads for dinner! We go through a lot of pasta salads during the hot months here in Texas. Here's a great mix to keep on hand that I found in an old church cookbook from somewhere in Tennessee. You can add to it (I like parsley flakes in mine), or take away (I leave out the cayenne). You can vary up your pasta salad by adding some vegetables or chopped chicken, but the this seasoning mix is a great base.
