Meatloaf is such a simple meal, and yet a good recipe for it is elusive to many. Jacqueline kindly shared her recipe with me that she's tweaked over the years. She uses a Hawaiian BBQ sauce in and on hers and thankfully I had some in my fridge. It added a great smoky sweet taste to the savory meal.
